Great experience! Spent three days at Migis and had time to do a lot of fun things! Kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, hiking, and taking a motorboat tour around the lake. Also took a wonderful yoga class outside. On the last night, we brought some sparklers to light by the lake. Oh and the food was absolutely amazing, especially for a resort! There were four course meals in the dining room, and cookouts were very fun as well. Almost every food was excellent. Highly recommend the blue crisp with vanilla ice cream if you have the chance to try it. The staff was friendly and they always made sure we were happy. We stayed at the Moonrise cottage which was very nice and cozy, with a nice view of the trees and lake in the background. Next time I visit, I’ll try out the water skiing, and maybe a massage!

Stayed here as guests for a wedding and fell in love with the gorgeous property. Even though it rained all weekend, adjustments were always made to accommodate the party. Excellent, thoughtful, and outstanding service. I can't say enough about the staff that work here. A special shout-out to Erik who noticed I missed the tailend of breakfast and was scrambling to pick up scraps. He still brought food out for me from the kitchen!

Went there for a wedding. Beautiful scenery right on the lake. The grounds were well kept and lit at night. The staff very polite and attentive. Cabins rustic and quaint. Food was delicious. Was there less than 24 hours. Would love to go back for a longer stay.

I'm sharing this review as a vendor that has worked on the property for multiple weddings, and this is truly one of my favorite wedding properties. The grounds are stunning and provide such a unique and intimate setting for a wedding day. The staff take great care to make the weekend memorable for all (one weekend they created a 5k running course the day of the wedding). It's the perfect setting for a couple that is looking for a weekend experience with their guests and an elevated rustic and cozy vibe.

Everything about this place is 5 stars. There are great hiking trails along with a nice pickleball/basketball court along with a frisbee golf course. And don't even get me started on the food. It's a little pricey, but well worth every dollar.

A lovely high-end resort tucked away in Maine, about a 2 to 2.5 hour drive from Boston. We went there for a friend's son's wedding and wished we could have stayed there longer. There are several differently sized cottages spread across the property and my husband and I occupied a well-appointed, one bedroom one. The meals were well curated and really good. The facility offers several activities for residents ranging from pickle ball to tennis, from swimming to kayaking, from hiking to getting a massage to many more. The pre-wedding ceremony as also the wedding were held outdoors in 2 different locations, while the wedding dinner was indoors.

A relaxing family vacation at its best. All generations get to enjoy the plethora of outdoor activities, boating, water skiing, exercise classes, cookouts and more. It is all surrounded by a little slice of heaven, stepping into an era of bygone years where we can disconnect, unwind, and savor nature (not to mention the food). It’s no wonder that multi generations visit year after year after year.
